Engine 2 is a 2000 HME Type 1 Pumper with a 1000 gallon tank and is our primary "structure truck". It also currently functions as a rescue pumper with hydraulic rescue tools (Jaws of life) and first responder medical gear. It previously served with a Central Texas volunteer fire department.

Engine 1 is a 1999 GMC Type 2 Pumper with 750 gallons of water. It is capable of Pump And Roll operations. This apparatus previously served with a Southeast Texas fire department prior to being furnished to our department. Engine 1 currently is in a reserve status.

A 2004 Ford with a 2500 gallon Klein tanker body, this truck was our primary workhorse for many years. Funded by the Texas Forestry Service through Texas House Bill 2604 of the 77th Texas Legislature (Rural Volunteer Fire Department Assistant Program). It functions as a second out apparatus in rural areas without hydrants.

A 2004 Stewart and Stevenson LMTV, the basic vehicle was a recent 2023 Texas Forestry Service grant of surplus military vehicles. A 500 gallon tank with hose reel was added, providing us with both a high water rescue vehicle and a heavy brush/offroad fire rig.

G2 is a 1993 Ford F-series cab and chassis with added 250 gallon skid unit, pump and booster reel. This is one of our primary vehicles for brush and grass fires, as well as responding to motor vehicle accidents in our service area

G3 is a 1993 GMC Cab and Chassis with added 250 gallon skid unit, pump and booster reel. It also serves as a primary response unit for grass, brush and urban interface fires, as well as for motor vehicle incidents.

Rescue 1 is a 2023 F350 Cab and Chassis with a Knapheide service body and a 200 gallon skid unit. It carries one set of hydraulic rescue tools (Jaws of Life) and also serves as a command vehicle on large incidents. This vehicle was the first new vehicle purchase in almost 20 years for our department.

Utility 1 is technically a 1999 International Type 3 wildland brush truck with a 500 gallon tank. It previously served with a Central Texas fire department before being acquired by North Zulch VFD.
Pursuant to a grant issued in October 2025 from the State of Texas via the Texas Forest Service, the department has ordered a NEW water tanker to support suppression operations in the western Madison County Texas region. Anticipated delivery February 2026. Photo Pending
